I recently had the greatest pleasure of putting on a tea party for one of my customers. She wanted to host a tea party for her clients to say “thank you” for all of their support for her and her business over the years. I think I forgot to mention that she is a fabulous interior designer and her vision for this tea was AMAZING! The table scape, the flowers, the ambiance of an old Victorian home and I was able to provide the loveliest tasty foods to compliment the tea.

I served these ladies their tea and was able to see them come together to relax, enjoy each other’s company. There was no rushing; no cell phone interruption. Just sipping their tea and enjoying their food. It was enjoyed by all and it reminded me of why I love tea time. It’s the beauty, but it’s also capturing a dying art of sharing time with people without any technology or stress getting in the way.

I am secretly hoping she will have to come up with another reason for me to help her with another tea in the future! It was so much fun!
