Some times the winter months can feel blah and I am dreaming of spring weather and all flowers blooming. The best way to pull myself out of a winter dreary mood is to get my tea cups and china out. I decided to invite a friend over and make her brunch and and some warm Chai tea and give a little spring feel to it. I made southern hash brown casserole in small ramekins and eggs in a basket with fresh fruit and home made granola.I think we sat there and savored the Chai tea for about 2 hours..it felt so goods to the soul and spirit! When we were done, it didn’t feel like a blah winter day anymore! So if your feeling a little blue..tea time can help you forget any sad mood, especially when shared with a friend!
